Haa~iyaa~hiyaa~saa~saa~!!! Omatsuri da~!!

It’s HIYAA~SAA~SAA’s time!

Free your spirit by chanting “hiyaa~saa~saa~” and doing “kachashi” (informal free flowing dance by upward twirling of the hands) TOGETHER, accompanied by the movements of eisa and the beating of taiko.

The ancestors of Okinawa believed that taiko was a way to connect people among nations. Up to now, it is a way to bring people together in a grand vision of harmony.

Sing Out Asia promotes the idea of united youth of Asia through the music. N’Jami as one of Sing Out Asia’s music group combines Eisa-drum, Sanshin, and music instruments from the Shells and Corals into a rumbling voice of the sea. N’Jami means God of Sea in Okinawa.
